Our Event Policy

Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a supervising adult at all times during our appearances.

Smoking, vaping, alcohol and tobacco use is prohibited at our appearances.

Please refrain from using offensive or vulgar language or engaging in any illegal or unsafe behavior in order to maintain a family-friendly environment for our guests.

Harassment or abuse of any form directed towards any of our character performers, attendants, event staff or venue staff is prohibited and will not be tolerated. As You Wish Entertainment and its affiliations have the right to remove a guest at any time for any reason if it is deemed a disruption to the performance and considered in violation of our event policy at any time with no refund given.

Sale of goods and services or any advertising display not authorized by As You Wish Entertainment is prohibited at our appearances.

Photography/videography and/or recording of any sort for commercial or business purposes not authorized by You Wish Entertainment is prohibited. By participating in any event, you agree to give consent to As You Wish Entertainment, and its affiliations to photograph and/or video record your participation in this event. You further agree that all materials may be used for future advertising and promotions made by As You Wish Entertainment. You and your heirs hereby release As You Wish Entertainment, its successors, and the venue where this event is hosted, from any liability whatsoever related to these materials and they acknowledge that these materials may be used without any payment of fees, royalties, credit given to your name, or any other compensation, from now through eternity.

Any Guest age 14 or under is permitted to wear a character costume to the event, but are not permitted to pose/interact as the character with other guests, or sign autographs.

Guests over the age of 14 are not permitted to pose/interact as or portray a character in costume at our events under any circumstances in order to avoid misleading other guests, duplicate characters, gaps in quality, and safety hazards.

Costumes must be representative of our family-friendly event environments and may not contain weapons; items or props which resemble or may be mistaken for a weapon; offensive, vulgar or violent slurs, logos or components; masks or sharp/pointed objects.

 

Please keep an eye on your personal belongings. Neither As You Wish Entertainment, nor the venue where an event is hosted, are responsible for guest's personal property. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

 

By participating in any event, you specifically release As You Wish Entertainment and the venue where the event is hosted, from any claims or liabilities of any kind whatsoever, arising from or related to your participation in these activities.

 

It is not the intention of As You Wish Entertainment to violate any copyright or trademark laws. By purchasing an event ticket or booking character(s) for your event, you hearby affirm that you are aware that we do not represent nor offer any licensed, copyrighted or trademarked characters at our event.We reserve the right to reschedule, change the time, location and/or cancel this event due to unforseeable circumstances, including but not limited to weather, low ticket sales, etc. You will receive a full refund in the event this occurs.
