Booking Your Party or Event


Inquire about your Princess or Superhero hero party by e-mailing us at asyouwishehent@gmail.com.  In order for us to first check availability we will need the choice of character, the date and time you are interested in, and the physical address of the event location.  Please allow up to 24 hrs to ensure we have availability.  We will do everything we can to accommodate your request. 


How to Reserve Your Spot

Once we have the details of your special event and have confirmed availability, we will require a reservation fee.  Payments can be sent via PayPal, Venmo or if a corporate event, we also accept check.  All details and further instructions will be e-mailed to you.  Once we have received your deposit, you will receive confirmation that your event is scheduled in our books.  If you wish to pay the full amount during the time of booking you may do so at your leisure; however only 50% is required at the time of booking.


Games and Activities at Your Party


Each event will include a specialized meet-and-greet, autographs and complimentary photo opportunities for each child.  Our princesses can sing upon request, dance and entertain the crowd through interactive story-time.  Our superheros will teach the children combat hero moves and prepare them for battle.  As time permits, we try to incorporate as many activities as possible,including, but not limited to: duck duck goose, limbo, hot potatoes, princess says, hide-n-go seek, freeze dance, tag, trivia and more.  If you have a pinata or another request you would like our costume characters to participate in, we will be happy to oblige.  Every birthday will finish with the happy birthday song and birthday wishes before departure.


Cancellations or Reschedule


A minimum 50% deposit is required for bookings.  Deposits can be sent through Paypal to asyouwishent11@gmail.com or Venmo. All deposits are refundable up to seven (7) days prior to your scheduled event, minus a small PayPal fee.  If your event is cancelled less than 7 days, you will lose your deposit; however, we will be happy to postpone your event to a different date.  Thank you for your understanding and cooperation as we ensure that all events are able to book our services in addition to reserving times for our performers blocked schedules.  Non-profit events will require a refundable deposit unless the event is cancelled.  Please e-mail us for more details.

Mileage and Gratuity


Any event outside the Syracuse area will incur a mileage fee.  Please e-mail us for details.  Gratuity is not included in the prices reflected.  We do not expect gratuity; however, if you feel that the performance was above and beyond your expectations, it is always greatly appreciated!  We do our best to make sure that the performances are accurate and up to your standards.  If you have any questions or remarks about your event, please do not hesitate to contact us at any time.  We want to hear your concerns and positive feedback!  Thank you.
